The Spinal Cord Society Northwest chapter is thrilled by the amount of support it received in 2007. On June 18 we hosted our 12^th annual golf tournament at the beautiful Mill Creek Country Club. The golfers had a wonderful time out on the course then came in to enjoy a fabulous dinner and banquet. Kevin Calabro of the Seattle Supersonics kept the crowd entertained all evening as the master of Master of Ceremonies.

As successful as the tournament has been we still haven’t found a cure for spinal cord injuries. As long as our members occupy wheelchairs we will continue to fundraise in any direction in order to fund that cure. We are now heading towards the end of 2007. Please consider SCS when making year end contributions. A few of our sponsors are in positions that tax deductible donations make sense before 2008 rolls around. Please consider consulting your tax adviser before the end of the year to see if an extra contribution is a right move for you.

As long as our members are wheelchair bound you will find us at Mill Creek. We will see you again in June, 2008. Thank You for a financially successful year.
